Our prices include bed & bath linnen, WiFi & normal usage of electricity, water, heating.
The apartment has all the basic amenities for bath/shower & kitchen to enjoy your holiday. Think lovely soaps & shampoo from Marie-Stella-Maris, spices to make your food even more tasty, Nespresso coffee cups welcome package and tea to kickstart your first morning.
Exclusive final cleaning: 190 euro.
Rental guarantee: 500 euro. This amount is paid back maximum 14 days after your stay, provided that the apartment has been left without damage or negligence. See general conditions.

Price per weekend outside of school holidays & festive days: 660 euro.
Price per weekend during school holidays & festive days: 760 euro.

1120-1320/midweek - from Monday to Friday.
Price per midweek outside of school holidays & festive days: 1120 euro.
Price per midweek during school holidays & festive days: 1320 euro.

2060-2410/week - from Friday to Friday or Monday to Monday.
Price per week outside of school holidays & festive days: 2060 euro.
Price per week during school holidays & festive days: 2410 euro.
